Peanut Butter Smoothie

Recipe by Food Connection

1 (6 oz.) fat free or low fat organic vanilla yogurt
1 cup fat free or 2% milk
1-2 tablespoons creamy natural peanut butter

Directions:
Combine yogurt, milk, and peanut butter in a blender and blend well.  Enjoy!
